Nothing I didn't already know.
I bought this for my girlfriend and now all she does all day is work on her bomb shelter. It is like some kind of weird gender-swappded 10 Cloverfield Lane. She look cute in overalls tho.
This book dumbs down prepping in a way that I think is insulting to anyone but more so because it's directed towards women. It takes the very basics of prepping, throws out very small potential pieces of advice then alters that info just enough to be foolish. For example the advice to tell a man on the first date that you're a prepper (what the hell?!?) but don't tell him where your bunker or bug out place is so you don't have a lot of ex-boyfriends show up when tshtf... I don't even let a date pick me up at my home if I live alone for safety reasons until I feel I know him well enough, why tell a total stranger I'm a prepper? Nobody's that hard to find in this day and age.... Personally I'd have to have built up quite a bit of trust before sharing that info. Overall this is a short list of some common sense ideas and information that anyone interested in prepping should know early on but in no way has enough information to help a person with long term survival.
